R&B singer Jenevieve has released her new album, CRYSALIS, a 14-song project created with executive producer Elijah Gabor.
The album focuses on staying true to yourself while navigating outside pressures. It was released along with a video for the single “Hvn High.”
To mark the release, Jenevieve hosted a private event Thursday night at Kiss Kiss Bang Bang in Los Angeles, the same location where the video was filmed. Guests experienced a recreation of the video and received headphones from JLab Audio, a brand she recently worked with in a campaign.
The album follows singles “Haiku” and “Head Over Heels.” Jenevieve first gained attention in 2020 with “Baby Powder,” which has been streamed more than 175 million times. She has since released DIVISION (2021) and RENDEZVOUS (2022), both of which earned positive reviews.
