Brooklyn rapper Lola Brooke has released a new single, “WASSUP WIT IT,” through Team Eighty Productions and Arista Records.
The track follows her recent single “Bon Appetit” and arrives ahead of her next project, iight bet!—set for release Nov. 14 on all streaming platforms.
The EP will be Brooke’s first since her 2023 debut Dennis Daughter, which featured the platinum-certified “Don’t Play With It” and the gold-certified “You” with Bryson Tiller. While Dennis Daughter traced her rise and personal evolution, iight bet! continues the story, focusing on confidence, resilience, and self-assurance.
“I just so happen to be a rapper that expresses myself, so you’re always going to feel me in the music,” Brooke said in a statement. “iight bet came to me as a mindset even before all the songs existed. It wasn’t forced; it flowed naturally because it’s how I live. The real blessing is connecting with people who don’t just hear the music—they feel it.”
Brooke said the project reflects her response to fame, pressure, and expectations. “Basically iight bet is me processing everything and letting it all be known I’m ready for whatever comes my way,” she said.
“WASSUP WIT IT” is available now on major digital platforms. iight bet! will be released Nov. 14.
