The sci-fi thriller “Mickey 17” follows Robert Pattinson as an “expendable” crew member on a deep-space mission. Tasked with high-risk jobs, his consciousness is transferred into a new body each time he dies. However, after one regeneration, things take a disastrous turn.
Written and directed by Bong Joon Ho (“Parasite”), the film features an ensemble cast including Naomi Ackie (“Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker”), Steven Yeun (“Nope”), Toni Collette (“Hereditary”), and Mark Ruffalo (“Poor Things”).
Adapted from Edward Ashton’s novel Mickey 7, the film is set for release on January 31, 2025.
