New Trailer Released for Crime 101 Ahead of February Theatrical Run

A new trailer has been released for Crime 101, a film starring Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Barry Keoghan, and Halle Berry. The movie is scheduled to open in theaters and IMAX on Feb. 13.

Set in Los Angeles, the story follows a jewel thief played by Hemsworth whose series of robberies along the 101 freeway has avoided police detection. As he prepares for a final heist, he becomes connected to an insurance broker, portrayed by Berry, who is confronting a turning point in her own life.

Ruffalo plays a detective who believes he has identified a pattern behind the crimes and begins to close in. As the investigation advances, the roles of pursuer and target begin to shift, leading each character toward decisions that cannot be reversed.

Crime 101 is adapted from Don Winslow’s novella of the same name. The film is written and directed by Bart Layton, whose previous work includes American Animals and The Imposter.

The cast also includes Monica Barbaro, Corey Hawkins, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Nick Nolte.
