The first trailer for Scream 7 arrived this week, signaling the return of the franchise’s central figure and setting up a story that brings past and present into direct conflict.

The trailer places Sidney Prescott back at the center of the story after her absence from the previous installment. Isabel May joins the series as Sidney’s daughter, a role that shifts the stakes of the familiar cat-and-mouse structure.
