The trailer for the final season of The Boys has arrived, offering fans a first look at how the long-running superhero drama will end.
The series, created by Eric Kripke and based on the comic books by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, debuted in 2019 on Amazon Prime Video. The show follows a group of vigilantes who target powerful superheroes whose actions often cause harm.
The new trailer signals a final clash between Homelander and the vigilante group known as the Boys. Antony Starr returns as Homelander, whose influence appears to expand across the country, while Karl Urban reprises his role as Billy Butcher, who continues his campaign to stop the Supes.
Other returning cast members include Jack Quaid as Hughie Campbell, Erin Moriarty as Starlight, Laz Alonso as Mother’s Milk, Karen Fukuhara as Kimiko, Chace Crawford as The Deep, and Jessie T. Usher as A-Train.
The trailer also teases the return of Jensen Ackles as Soldier Boy, with appearances by Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins.
The fifth season will serve as the series finale. New episodes will stream on Amazon Prime Video beginning in April 2026.
