After a breakout year that included viral hits, major tour appearances, and the launch of his SiriusXM radio show, Zeddy Will released his latest single, “In Ya City,” featuring DaBaby. The track is now available on all streaming platforms.
First previewed on TikTok in mid-September, the song quickly drew attention, earning more than 1.3 million views. Fans have been anticipating the official release since the snippet surfaced.
The single blends Zeddy Will’s club-driven production style with his sharp, rhythmic delivery. On the record, he raps, “She wants to have a menage (Minaj), I didn’t know she was Nicki, I ain’t know you was picky. Girl, I thought you wanted me to yourself. How can I help?”
DaBaby joins in with a verse that keeps the track’s energy high, rapping about a night out that ends on his terms.
“This one’s special because I made it for the people who’ve been rocking with me since the beginning,” Zeddy Will said. “The energy was crazy when I previewed it online, and getting DaBaby on the record took it to another level. ‘In Ya City’ is about showing up wherever you go and making it your moment.”
Zeddy Will rose to prominence after his Howard University skits went viral, paving the way for his music career under Power Moves Inc. He now reaches 7.7 million monthly Spotify listeners, 10.9 million TikTok followers, 1.6 million Instagram followers, and 800,000 YouTube subscribers.
“In Ya City” marks another step in Zeddy Will’s growing presence in hip-hop, pairing his bounce-inspired production with DaBaby’s well-known flow for a collaboration aimed squarely at the dance floor.
