Deon Cole Returns To NJPAC With New Comedy Show In April 2026

New Jersey Performing Arts Center will host comedian Deon Cole for a live performance on Friday, April 3, 2026, at 8 p.m., featuring material not previously performed at the venue.

Cole returns to NJPAC following prior appearances and will present a new stand-up set for audiences in Newark. The performance will take place at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, located at 1 Center Street.

Cole is known to television audiences for his work on the ABC series “Black-ish” and its spinoff “Grown-ish,” as well as a leading role in the series “Average Joe.” His screen credits also include appearances in “The Color Purple,” “The Madness,” and the “Barbershop” films.

His work across television and film has earned recognition from the NAACP Image Awards, the Screen Actors Guild Awards, and the Primetime Emmy Awards.
