Amazon Music will debut a new installment of its performance series, “Amazon Music presents: In the Paint,” in partnership with Kehlani, the company said.
The episode is scheduled to air tonight, Thursday, April 9, during “NBA Nightcap,” the postgame show tied to the NBA on Prime broadcast. The performance will follow the livestream of the matchup between the New York Knicks and the Boston Celtics.
The appearance comes ahead of Kehlani’s self-titled album, due April 24 via Atlantic Records.
“In the Paint” blends live music with pro basketball presentation, staging performances in a courtside environment with a cinematic approach. Each installment features one performance integrated into the NBA on Prime broadcast, with a second released exclusively through the Amazon Music app.
The series has featured a range of artists, including Charlie Puth, BigXthaPlug, TAEMIN, Clipse, Nas and YG.
