Racism resonates deeply within the memory of the oppressor, and his refusal to evolve.
It is “then” as it is “now,” and until he releases the “then” our “now” will continue to lack conflict resolution.
Nevertheless, we rise without his consent, and it is within this perseverance of spirit that we find our greatest victory.”
