Drake

Multi-Platinum selling recording artist Drake earned the GRAMMY® Award last night for “Best Rap Album” for Take Care. Drake celebrated by unveiling a new video for “Started From the Bottom,” the first track from his forthcoming album “Nothing Was The Same” due out in Summer 2013 on Cash Money/Young Money/Universal Republic.

The video for “Started From The Bottom” was filmed in Toronto and co-directed by Drake and Director X. Drake previously collaborated with Director X on his video “HYFR,” which won the 2012 MTV VMA award for Best Hip-Hop Video. The song is available now on iTunes.

“Nothing Was The Same” is being recorded in Toronto and Los Angeles and produced by Noah “40” Shebib. The highly-anticipated new album is Drake’s third studio album, following his critically acclaimed and Grammy® nominated album “Take Care.”

Drake has sold over 5 million albums worldwide and has twelve number-one singles, more than any other artist on Billboard’s Rap Songs chart.  Drake’s worldwide Club Paradise Tour became the most successful hip-hop tour of 2012.
