Directions:
- Peel and slice plantains and boil in salt water until tender. Drain and set aside to cool.
- Chop the bacon, mince the garlic, and add all in a bowl with the adobo seasoning, parsley, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, and some butter. Set aside Put the plantains in a food processor, and make sure there are no lumps. Then combine with the rest of the ingredients and add the beef. Chill overnight.
- Divide the ground beef evenly into 3-ounce beef balls. Place the ball of beef on a hot pan. Press the balls of meat with a large flat metal spatula. Use a piece of parchment paper between the spatula and the burger to ensure it doesn’t stick.
- Flip the patties with a metal spatula. Add American cheese. Butter and toast Brioche bun. After toasting, spread Spicy Mayo Ketchup on the bun. Add toppings, sliced tomato, lettuce, etc.

- 2 lbs Beef 80/20
- 2 Plantains
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Coarse Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Adobo Seasoning
- Red Onion
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Spicy Mayo Ketchup
- American Cheese Slices
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Brioche Buns
