Gail Bean will star in Table 17 at the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles starting November 5th, 2025. The play, written by Douglas Lyons and directed by Zhailon Levingston, also features Biko Eisen-Martin and Michael Rishawn Gil. Performances will be staged in the Cates Theater at the Geffen.
Bean is best known for her work in film and television, including her roles in FX’s Snowfall and the Starz drama P-Valley. As a proud Georgia native, she has established a dynamic career bringing complex characters to life with a commanding presence on both screen and stage. Her performance in Table 17 continues her expansion into live theater.
Tickets begin at $36 and are available through the Geffen Playhouse website. When buyers select “Benefit Dream Above Influence,” 100% of the ticket purchase will support Dream Above The Influence, a nonprofit organization focused on community programs.
Every ticket also includes admission to a post-show gathering at the Geffen Playhouse, with desserts, drinks, and music from DJ Wolvie.
