Rising R&B artist Girlfriend has released her latest single, “All of the Above,” a vulnerable new track that examines the uncertainty that can surface when love and commitment no longer feel equally shared.
Available now on digital streaming platforms, the song opens with electric guitar before shifting into polished contemporary R&B production. Girlfriend delivers the track with an intimate vocal performance, balancing affection with doubt as she considers whether the devotion she gives is being returned.
At the center of the song is a direct declaration of loyalty: “If I had all of the above, you’d still be who I’m thinking of.” The lyric captures the tension running through the record, with Girlfriend making her feelings clear even as she questions the relationship around them.
“All of the Above” follows Girlfriend’s recent collaboration with Jaymin, “All U Need,” and continues a run of releases that has helped introduce her sound to a wider R&B audience.
Her earlier singles include “Tell Me Again,” featuring Bay Swag, and “Feelin’,” featuring Maiya the Don. Girlfriend later expanded on that momentum with her debut project, “Honey Water,” which included tracks such as “Deep” and “Sticky Situation.”
The releases have helped establish Girlfriend as an emerging voice in contemporary R&B, with her music combining candid songwriting, melodic vocals, and modern production.
Her growing profile has also led to industry recognition. Girlfriend was named a 2026 Artist to Watch by Billboard, Complex, and YAMS. She was also selected as BET’s Amplified Artist of the Month for March.
The singer is currently introducing her music to audiences around the country as direct support for Ella Mai on the “Do You Still Love Me?” U.S. tour.
The tour placement marks another step forward for Girlfriend as she continues developing her live presence alongside her recorded work. With “All of the Above,” she returns to the emotional directness that has shaped her releases so far, presenting a song about choosing someone wholeheartedly while confronting the possibility that the feeling may not be mutual.
