Grammy Award-winning R&B artist Q Parker is keeping love, intimacy, and connection at the center of his music with the release of his new single, “STARE.”
The seductive track, released Tuesday alongside an official lyric video, is the first single from Parker’s forthcoming album, “Evolution of Romance, Volume Two,” expected this fall.
Known as the self-proclaimed “Romance Dealer,” Parker uses “STARE” to explore the chemistry that can develop before two people ever say a word. The song blends his signature vocals with a mature R&B sound focused on attraction, emotion, and meaningful connection.
“There is nothing like when two individuals make eye contact and read each other’s soul through their stare,” Parker said.
“STARE” continues the musical story introduced on “Evolution of Romance, Volume One,” which centered on modern love and relationships. Parker said the next installment will expand that vision with songs rooted in intentional romance and real-life connections.
The release also begins a busy fall for Parker, who is scheduled to bring his music to several City Winery stages. He will perform in Chicago on Oct. 10, Philadelphia on Oct. 24, and St. Louis on Oct. 30, with additional cities expected to be announced.
Following the Philadelphia performance, Parker will join the lineup for the One Voyage Cruise, sailing Oct. 26 through Nov. 1, 2026. The weeklong event will feature live music and entertainment while supporting the work of UNCF.
