Kiana Ledé is marking the one-year anniversary of her third studio album with the release of “Cut Ties (Deluxe),” a project that revisits the themes she explored after stepping into her role as a solo independent artist.
The expanded edition adds four tracks: new remixes of “Weakness” featuring Chlöe, “U Can’t Remember” featuring Queen Naija, and “Outta Luck” featuring BJ The Chicago Kid, along with a new single titled “Jury.” The additional songs build on the narrative that shaped the original release, which tracked cycles of love, loss, and recovery.
“This album marked a turning point in my life and career,” Ledé said. “The deluxe version feels like closing the loop, a celebration of growth, healing, and the incredible support my fans have shown me this past year.”
Ledé plans to host an Instagram Live session today at 3 p.m. PST. Chlöe, BJ The Chicago Kid and Queen Naija are expected to join her during the stream.
“Cut Ties” arrived last year as her first full-length release as an independent act. The project helped establish her standing in contemporary R&B through writing that focused on emotional clarity and personal reflection. The new edition revisits several songs with added voices and introduces “Jury” as the next chapter.
