Listenupshance, running for the celebrity-backed ownership group at Run Fast Racing—which includes Lil Wayne, Rauw Alejandro, and Lil Yachty—won the second horse race at Del Mar on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025, completing the five-furlong event in 56.720.
The horse finished ahead of “Case Hit,” and “It’s a Cinch” in a short sprint designed for 3-year-olds. Race officials listed the track as “Good” and reported that Listenupshance started as the 4/5 betting favorite with Tyler Baze riding and Doug O’Neill training. The win delivered the largest share of a $27,090 purse, the standard payout offered in this level of competition.
Lil Yachty later celebrated the victory by sharing a clip of the finish on Instagram.
Run Fast Racing stated the outcome reflected the work of O’Neill, Baze, and the staff supporting the horse.
The Del Mar Thoroughbred Club noted that results from races like this help shape future plans for horses as teams decide where to enter them during the season.
