OWN Greenlights Two Iyanla Vanzant Specials After Strong Debut Of ‘The Inside Fix’

The Oprah Winfrey Network has ordered two new television specials featuring spiritual life coach and Emmy winner Iyanla Vanzant following the launch of “IYANLA: THE INSIDE FIX.”

The network said the series has drawn strong viewer response nationwide, positioning it as a Saturday night destination for Black women and audiences seeking personal growth programming.

OWN also cited its standing as the top cable network among African American women on Saturdays as a factor in the decision.

Filming for the two specials will start in March. Vanzant will talk with people dealing with personal issues in front of a live audience. Each episode will look at family and community relationships, focusing on personal responsibility and emotional healing.

“The response to The Inside Fix has been nothing short of a blessing,” Vanzant said. “The series is a ministry of healing. Each story, each tear, each moment of truth is a sacred encounter with the human soul. When one soul speaks its truth, the frequency of truth expands through the collective. When one heart is cleansed, the vibration of wholeness ripples outward. Those who watch are not bystanders; they are participants in the collective healing process for themselves, their families, their communities, and the world. It is not about fixing your life. It is about freeing your soul. No more surface solutions. This is where truth becomes transformation.”

“IYANLA: THE INSIDE FIX” airs Saturdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on the Oprah Winfrey Network. The series is produced by Bunim/Murray Productions, a division of Banijay Americas, for OWN.
