Golden State Warriors Rout Clippers 98–79 Behind Butler, Curry

Jimmy Butler scored 21 points, and Stephen Curry added 19 as the Golden State Warriors beat the Los Angeles Clippers 98–79 Tuesday night.

Golden State outscored the Clippers 32–14 in the third quarter to erase a halftime deficit and take control. Butler also had five rebounds and five assists, while Curry dished out eight assists.

James Harden led the Clippers with 20 points—all in the first half—and Kawhi Leonard added 18. The Clippers were held to just 30 points after halftime.

The Warriors improved to 4–1 and remained unbeaten at home.
