Marques Anthony, an R&B singer and songwriter, has released his new single, “Say Yes.” The song emphasizes intimacy and connection, showcasing his vocals and R&B style. It revolves around themes of love and chemistry, perfect for late-night listening.
Alongside the release, Anthony shared a From the Block performance, giving listeners a closer look at the tone and presence he plans to carry into future releases and live shows.
Anthony’s music background began in the church, where he developed his skills under the guidance of a musical family. After moving to Los Angeles, he expanded his experience while interning at Jamie Foxx’s Foxxhole SiriusXM radio show and performing across the city.
His work later grew into writing and production, including contributions to MTV’s From G’s to Gents and projects connected to Jamie Foxx. Anthony also performed with Foxx at major events such as the GRAMMYs and the BET Awards, as well as on international tour dates.
Now signed to Rock Room Entertainment, Anthony enters a new phase of his career. With “Say Yes,” he continues building momentum as a voice in today’s R&B.
