Pinky Cole, a restaurateur and reality television personality featured on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, is asking a judge to allow her to file financial records under seal in an ongoing bankruptcy case, citing concerns about public exposure of sensitive information.
In legal filings initially disclosed by TMZ, Cole stated that information from her Chapter 11 case has already been shared online and utilized by content creators and media outlets.
Cole, known for founding the Slutty Vegan restaurant chain, said the public nature of the case has led to increased scrutiny of her finances. She noted that she is required to disclose information about multiple companies as part of the bankruptcy process.
The filings also reference a recent report about a creditor seizing one of Cole’s homes. According to the documents, a court later granted her request to have the property returned.
Cole’s motion seeks to limit further dissemination of financial details, arguing that continued public access could amplify online attention and affect her business interests.
The court has not yet issued a ruling on the request to seal the records.
