Rohadfox Corporation will mark its 50th anniversary with a community celebration and a donation drive supporting Atlanta Mission, pairing a milestone event with a service effort focused on footwear donations.
The company, a woman-owned and women-led construction management firm founded in 1976, plans a golden anniversary event on Friday, May 15, 2026.
Rohadfox is among the longest-operating minority-owned construction management firms in the United States. Its work has included airports and transportation systems across multiple regions over five decades.
“Fifty years is not simply a milestone—it is a testament to faith, fortitude, and the relationships that carried us here,” said Joy Rohadfox, CEO and president. “This celebration honors my father’s founding vision, the employees who built alongside him, and the partners and clients who believed in us when doors were not always open. Every project, every challenge, and every breakthrough helped shape who we are today.”
Shoe Drive Supports Atlanta Mission
Ahead of the anniversary event, Rohadfox is organizing a community shoe drive titled “A Step Forward for Our Community” during April 2026. The effort invites employees, partners, and community members to donate new shoes for people experiencing economic hardship. All collected items will be delivered to Atlanta Mission.
The company has set a goal of 500 pairs of shoes.
“Shoes represent more than necessity,” Joy Rohadfox said. “They symbolize movement, dignity, and forward progress. As we celebrate 50 years of walking boldly in our purpose, we are committed to helping others take their next step with confidence and hope.”
Atlanta Mission provides shelter, meals, and support services for people experiencing homelessness in Atlanta and serves more than 1,000 individuals each day.
