According reports, Dreamville soul singer Ari Lennox was arrested this morning Amsterdam Schiphol airport for disturbing public order.
Robert van Kapel, a spokesperson for the Dutch military police, has stated, “Our unit found a woman full of emotions, that wouldn’t calm down. That’s why she had to be taken into custody.”
The R&B singer took to her social media and tweeted that she was only responding to being racially profiled after alleging that the city’s airport security hated Black people.
The spokesperson also stated that police would be looking into threats Ari Lennox allegedly made during the incident.
