According to reports, R&B singer DaniLeigh was arrested and charged with driving-under-the-influence after an alleged traffic accident with a moped driver in Miami.
The arrest report, obtained by USA Today, states that Danielle Leigh Curiel was arrested around 1 a.m. for leaving the scene, driving under the influence, and damage to property or person while driving under the influence.
Several people allegedly attempted to alert the singer that the moped was stuck beneath her vehicle, but the singer continued to drive, even after the police initially attempted to pull her over.
As soon as DaniLeigh pulled over, law enforcement said there was a heavy smell of booze and she seemed very intoxicated.
Fortunately, the moped driver has no life-threatening injuries but reportedly suffers from a spinal fracture and a kidney laceration.
