Editorial: Five Dating Red Flags by Lis

While cuffing season may have officially ended, we now gearing up to search for that spring fling. To help you get through it all, we are going to give you a few red flags to avoid wasting your time and energy.

Posting money
If a man is flashing his money on social media, I’m worried unless he’s in the industry (or has some other legal income), and even then, I’m giving him the side-eye. Men with real money have assets. You’re showing off your cash so I’m assuming you’re not used to touching it.

Dirty nails
Unless he works with his hands, there’s no reason they should look like he’s been digging in the dirt. The Doritos and grabbaa fingers shouldn’t be anywhere near a woman’s body.

Lying
If he’s lying early in the situation, you’re building the whole relationship on a rocky foundation. emotions. Best cut him loose before there is an emotional attachment. You ain’t gotta lie, Craig!

Only texting/calling at certain hours of the day
While everyone is entitled to live their own life, if you can point out a routine in your communication when he’s not at work, it’s because those notifications popping up on his phone will be a problem at home. Forget it, if he only texts you during the day. Sir, go back to your family.

Mommy issues
A man, who has been hurt by his mother, will hurt every woman he meets until he heals. No matter what you do, it will never be enough. He isn’t mad at you, and you’re not inadequate. He’s still mad at his mom.
