The music industry gathered Thursday night at Planet Hollywood in Times Square to mark the official release of Raw Honey, the latest EP from rising R&B artist Honey Bxby. Presented by Rebirth Entertainment, ART@WAR, and Warner Records, the event served as both a celebration and a showcase of Honey Bxby’s musical growth.
The evening began with a gold-carpet entrance that welcomed a mix of artists, influencers, and industry veterans. Host Jamila Mustafa opened the night with brief remarks before DJs DJ Lil Taj and Nyla Symone took over, playing tracks from Raw Honey and energizing the crowd.
During the event, Honey Bxby took the microphone to thank those who helped bring the project to life.
“This EP represents my growth, my scars, my beauty, and my chaos,” she said. “Thank you for letting me be exactly who I am—with no filter, no sugarcoat, just Raw Honey. None of this would be possible without my team, my fans, and my day-ones.”
Guests were offered an inside look at the themes and creative direction behind the EP. Notable attendees included Zeddy Will, Scarlip, Lola Brooke, McPlayGT, Esso, Hynaken, Nino Man, Neek Bucks, and Queenzflip of the Joe Budden Podcast.
A champagne toast, courtesy of Belaire, capped off the evening. Monster Energy also served as a sponsor for the event.
Raw Honey is now available on major streaming platforms. The EP features previously released singles including “3AM” featuring Toosii, “Think I Might,” and “Right On Time.”
