Atlanta based rapper Gucci Mane won’t be menacing society anytime soon, unless it is behind bars at the Fulton County jail.
Yesterday, a judge in Atlanta, Georgia refuse to grant Radric “Gucci Mane” Davis bond due to his historic run-ins with law enforcement. Even, his lawyer Drew Findling was not surprised by the decision.
“Mr. Davis has a history. We’re not going to skirt that issue. That history has made it difficult for him to get bond today,” Findling shared during an impromptu press conference.
The charges arise from allegations by active duty soldier James Lettley that he was attacked with a champagne bottle in response to requesting an autograph.
Findley claims that he has interviewed six witnesses who have stated that rapper was not involved at all.
The case has been adjourned until April 10th.
