Proud dad moment.
Lebron James sent out a Tweet yesterday afternoon about his two sons that has since gone viral. The post, nearing 200K likes in less than 24 hours, was posted after Bronny & Bryce shared some moments on the basketball court. It’s no surprise that the sons of one of the greatest players to ever play in the NBA are following in their dad’s footsteps. Now, we know that’s not always the case when it comes to basketball players and their kids. But clearly, the James family kept it in the gene pool.
Bronny James, a senior in high school, has already garnered the interest of top universities such as the University of Kansas, UNC, Duke, and more. As for Bryce, aside from his evident growth spurt, is already showing tons of potential. I mean, at 15 years old, standing at 6’6, the expectations are pretty high.
During this Summer, Bronny & Bryce joined forces to play for the California Basketball Club – a Los Angeles-based travel team. The James brothers are joined by Ashton Hardaway (Penny Hardaway’s son), and Justin Pippen (Scottie Pippen’s son). The team is currently in Europe for a 3-game schedule in London, Paris and Rome.
Watching from home, Lebron, took in the moment, appreciating it all as he continues to witness his sons carve out their own paths in the sport he loves.
