The Aware Brand Expands Its Foot Locker Partnership

As plans are underway to drop a new summer collection, The Aware Brand is pleased to announce the expansion of its partnership with Foot Locker from one location in New York City to twelve. The company began its partnership with Foot Locker in 2020 with just two locations, one in New York and the other in Detroit.

The black-owned streetwear brand, founded by childhood friends, Drew Sanders and Richard Faison, from Spring Valley, NY, celebrates the expansion with Foot Locker with its first NYC Pop-up shop at the newly-opened black-owned bookstore, Adanne located at 53 Bridge St, Suite 150, Brooklyn, NY on Thursday, August 26th, from 5 PM – 9 PM.

The Aware Brand is a streetwear collection with a message that uplifts. The Aware Brand’s primary focus is to produce designs that make men and women more in tune with themselves while also feeling ‘fly.’

To highlight the brand’s message, Foot Locker retained popular NYC influencers: Swaggy Sie, an on-air personality for SiriuxXM’s The Heat and Hip Hop Nation, and creative director/rapper, Khaliente to represent The Aware Brand as they are pictured in promotional items rocking the “Love Tee” and “Explore The Mind” tees respectively.
