Singer Tory Lanez is being held on $350,000 bail today after being arrested for a series of social media post targeting Megan Thee Stallion.
Born Daystar Peterson, the 29-year-old entertainer seeming disregarded L.A. County Superior Court Judge David Herriford’s order not to mention the case or the alleged victim while facing multiple allegations for a shooting that took place during the early hours of July 12, 2020.
Lanez is accused of firing a weapon towards Megan’s feet when the latter exited the vehicle they were in along with two other people.
According to reports, multiple bullet fragments were extracted from her feet and police recovered at least four shell casings near where the shooting occurred.
The attorney representing Tory Lanez expressed that his client would be released soon.
