Academy Award winner Viola Davis takes on the role of Commander in Chief in G20, an upcoming action thriller where she portrays U.S. President Danielle Sutton. The film follows Sutton as she becomes the prime target of an attack on the G20 summit, forcing her to evade capture and outmaneuver a deadly enemy while protecting world leaders and her own family.
Davis, known for her powerful performances in Fences and The Woman King, also serves as a producer on the film. G20 is being produced by Amazon MGM Studios, with a screenplay written by Noah and Logan Miller. It is expected to deliver a mix of political drama and adrenaline-pumping action.
The film is set to premiere on Prime Video on April 10.
