R&B sister duo The Amours—Jakiya and Shaina—have released their latest single, “Clarity,” a candid track focused on self-worth, emotional honesty, and setting personal boundaries. Produced by longtime collaborator Camper, the song sets the tone for their upcoming project, Girls Will Be Girls, out August 15.
“‘Clarity’ is for the true yearners,” the sisters said. “All we truly want is for the love our hearts desire to be as clear as possible—especially when you know your worth and don’t want to carry avoidable emotional damage.”
The release marks a shift toward deeper vulnerability in their sound and storytelling. “We’re excited for you all to witness us dive into a different level of vulnerability,” they added. “Cheers to accepting nothing less than clarity in your relationships and putting yourself first.”
