Peacock announced that its new unscripted series Tiffany Haddish Goes Off will debut Thursday, Nov. 13. The six-episode docuseries follows Emmy Award-winning comedian and actress Tiffany Haddish as she embarks on a four-week trip through Africa with her three closest childhood friends.
Haddish, known for her roles in Girls Trip and Haunted Mansion, reunites with Selena Martin, Shermona Long, and Sparkle Clark for what the platform describes as a mix of comedy, self-discovery, and emotional honesty. The series captures the group as they explore new adventures and reflect on their shared past and personal ties to the continent.
Episodes will take viewers to several African destinations, including Cape Town, South Africa; Victoria Falls and Harare, Zimbabwe; and Zanzibar, Tanzania.
Peacock said the project will present “a raw, vulnerable and unpredictable version of Tiffany Haddish,” showing both humor and moments of self-healing.
All six episodes will stream exclusively on Peacock at launch.
Tiffany Haddish Goes Off is produced by Jeff Jenkins Productions in association with 3BMG, Will Packer Media, Glass Slipper Pictures, She Ready Productions, and 1oneninety5.
