Netflix set a Jan. 8 premiere for “His & Hers,” the thriller centered on two estranged spouses who pursue the same murder case while suspecting each other.
The series follows a detective played by Tessa Thompson and a reporter played by Jon Bernthal. Both track a killing that puts their past relationship under pressure as each weighs whether the other may be tied to the crime. Pablo Schreiber appears in the cast as the investigation widens.
The trailer, released earlier, shows each lead working separate angles on the case before their paths converge. Brief scenes show interviews, field reporting, and police work that place the former partners in direct conflict.
