Exclusive: Questions of Unfair Treatment Arise Around Drew Sidora Divorce, Custody Fight

New claims tied to the pending divorce and custody dispute involving reality television personality Drew Sidora argue she was treated unfairly during court proceedings, citing delays, financial strain, and limits on her ability to respond before key rulings were entered.

The allegations involve Sidora’s ongoing case with estranged husband Ralph Pittman and describe what advocates call an imbalanced process that favored Pittman in temporary custody and housing decisions.

Sources close to the situation say the case saw repeated delays tied to medical issues and scheduling conflicts, with little accommodation for Sidora’s legal team. Further information provided to Urban Magazine contests a revised temporary order that reportedly awarded Pittman primary custody and mandated Sidora to vacate the marital residence prior to her ability to adequately counter the testimony or evidence presented.

They further claim several motions filed by Sidora were never heard, including requests tied to alleged financial misconduct and the release of private information.

Financial disputes are central to the case. There are allegations that Pittman reported a monthly income of $27,000 while actually earning about $71,500, far above Sidora’s income, and no child support was awarded despite Sidora covering household and child-related expenses.

The claims also state Sidora paid major costs during the marriage, including bills, emergency appraisal fees, and a $300,000 personal injury settlement tied to Pittman. According to reliable sources, the mortgage was more than $25,000 behind at one stage.

Additional custody concerns have emerged regarding parental involvement. Pittman is alleged to spend only a handful of days with his children each month and lacks familiarity with their medical and educational needs. In contrast, Sidora is credited with implementing routines to provide household stability, obtaining a support dog, and collaborating with teachers and tutors to help boost the children’s grades and attendance.

Pittman is also accused of obtaining Sidora’s private emails and messages, which he allegedly shared with blogs and other parties both before and after the case was sealed and protective orders were issued.

The divorce and custody cases remain pending.
