Blueface’s Music Royalties Seized To Fulfill $123,000 Defamation Judgment

Rapper Blueface has been ordered to surrender income from his music royalties to help satisfy a defamation judgment awarded to Jackilyn Martinez, the mother of one of Soulja Boy’s children, according to court records and multiple media reports.

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge granted Martinez’s request to redirect Blueface’s royalty payments from performing rights organizations ASCAP and BMI toward the unpaid judgment, which totals roughly $123,000.

The order follows a default judgment entered against Blueface in April 2025 after he failed to respond to Martinez’s lawsuit.

Martinez sued Blueface in December 2023, alleging he defamed her during a public social media dispute with Soulja Boy. The lawsuit stemmed from online posts in which Blueface claimed he had sexual relations with Martinez shortly before her baby shower and suggested he could be the father of her child.

Martinez maintained the statements were false and said she had not been intimate with Blueface since 2018.

In April 2025, Judge Peter A. Hernandez awarded Martinez $123,245 in damages. The judgment included compensation for emotional distress, though the court declined to award punitive damages. Blueface did not participate in the proceedings, leading to the default judgment.

According to court documents cited by TMZ and other outlets, the latest order directs all royalties collected through ASCAP and BMI on Blueface’s behalf to Martinez until the debt is satisfied.
