When Stacey Dash said that there should not be a BET or Black History Month during on television Fox News’ Fox & Friends today, she probably had no idea that the network would respond.
“We have to make up our minds. Either we want to have segregation or integration. And if we don’t want segregation, then we need to get rid of channels like B.E.T. and the B.E.T. Awards and the Image Awards where you’re only awarded if you’re black. If it were the other way around, we would be up in arms. It’s a double standard.”
On Instagram, the network posted a photo of Dash with the cast of the television show “The Game,” questioning if she would like to return their check for being on the show.
They also included hashtags, reminding the now conservative Fox Network mouthpiece of her own history.
