Big K.R.I.T. has announced his upcoming tour titled, “Pay Attention.” The tour will consist of 31 shows beginning on October 2 in Charlotte, NC and ending in Atlanta, GA on November 15.

Coming in advance of the release of his album Cadillactica, he will be joined by Two-9, a Georgia hip-hop group made up of Curtis Williams, Retro Su$h! and FatKidsBrotha.

K.R.I.T.’s second studio album is slated to feature the single “Pay Attention,” which was released last month.

“I am excited to get on the road,” he said in a press release. “This tour will give fans a little taste of what is to come. I am traveling with a message, a message about our culture-where we were and what we have come to. I want to make sure people are paying attention to what is happening in their lives and in Hip Hop today.”

The 27-year-old Mississippi rapper revealed in July that he had recruited other producers to help out with production on the upcoming album.

“It was difficult at first, just because I’m so used to being in control,” he said. “But working with other producers, I learned a lot too… So even the music I produce for myself is becoming bigger and is sounding stronger, and being able to work with a Jim Jonsin, DJ Dahi, Terrace Martin is beautiful.”
