On behalf of DJ Drewski & Family, The Legion Media Group is inviting local residents and families to attend the official grand opening celebration of Rita’s Italian Ice on Friday, May 15, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The public event will begin with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4 p.m., marking the opening of the newest Rita’s location at 1 North Avenue, Garwood, NJ 07207.
To celebrate the occasion, the first 50 guests in line will receive a year of free Rita’s Italian Ice. Participants must be 18 or older to qualify. The promotion is limited to one winner per household, and coupons may only be redeemed at the Garwood location.
Guests attending the celebration can also take part in several family-friendly activities throughout the afternoon, including photo opportunities with Rita’s mascot Ice Guy, face painting, merchandise giveaways, and special grand opening pricing offered all day.
