Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg on S.C. Terrorist Attack

When Mark Zuckerberg spoke out against the mass murder at the Emanuel AME Church in South Carolina, it went under-reported.

While some of the entertainment industry biggest brands have remained silent, the Facebook founder was among the first to recognized the violent crime as an attack on the values of America as a whole.

“…Shootings in Charleston weren’t just an attack on one church or congregation. This was an attack against an entire community and our country.

Our Facebook community stands with the Emanuel AME Church congregation and all black communities as we deal with the aftermath of this terrible tragedy.

Hope can overcome hate, and it starts with all of us standing together.”
