On the heels of the historic battle between Drake and Kendrick Lamar, Bia set her sights on one of the top women in the hip-hop genre, Cardi B.
In the snippet she shared on the social media platform Instagram, Bia says “Got a dark soul, got a bright future/Imma let her know I’m a sharpshooter/You ain’t nothin’ but a fuck girl, I see right through ya. Put it on your gang that they ain’t fuck you in/Put it on your name since you so gangsta like yo fuckin’ friends/Put it on your hubby since you lying on your vows/I write all my verses, I can do this shit for hours.”
Unfortunately for the Epic Records artist, rap fans widely rejected the attempt, with some going so far as to say Cardi B should not even respond, while others accused Bia of clout chasing.
Charlamagne The God, host of The Breakfast Club, agreed, “That’s not how you diss somebody on a rap record. And when you make a diss record, you can’t make something so terrible that you end up dissing yourself…”
At press time, Bia has yet to respond to the negative criticism.
