There is little doubt that Jay-Z is by far the most successful hip hop artist to ever hold a mic, but now the rapper is challenging – well… everyone – in the art of creating playlist.
This week, the superstar rapper and entrepreneur sat down with Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to talk about their partnership and similar views on artists and creatives. Later JAY-Z shared, “I found so many songs [on Tidal, and] my playlist game is A++. I challenge anyone out there…I’m definitely in the top tier of playlist creators,” he joked.
Playlists have played a major part the success of streaming platforms as they allow users to categorize and curate music they love into groups, making it easy to find their favorite songs at any time.
