Making light of the end of his business relationship with Spotify, former hip hop artist turned media personality Joe Budden announces the launching of his new podcast network.
In the ad spot below, Joe and his co-hosts, Rory, Mal, and Parks, get the news that contract renewal negotiations with the popular streaming service didn’t go as plan.
While Spotify claims they offered Joe considerably more than their original deal, the media mogul felt it didn’t reflect the show’s contribution to the service’s growth and success in the podcast market.
But don’t worry, it appears that media mogul has taken back his show and created a new network independently of corporate involvement.
