Apparently, Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty cannot stay out of the press.
In his haste to move to the west coast, he failed to register as a sex offender as required by law.
Petty was arrested and charged for the same thing back in November during a traffic stop in Beverly Hills.
Though he was released on bond, he still didn’t register for reasons yet to be determined.
Petty was convicted of attempted rape in 1995.
According to reports, he turned himself in to U.S. Marshalls without incident.
