Soul by the Bay, presented by Next Level Entertainment and benefiting Crescent Moon Cellubration, is an outdoor R&B, Jazz and Neo Soul Music Festival taking place at Tabellas at Delaney Creek in Tampa, Fla., on Saturday, November 26, 2022.
Hosted by national comedian Ryan Robinson and award winning, national touring poet, Novacane, the Festival will feature 10 musical acts and be DJ’d by DJ M$M. Festival headliners will include violinist Omari Dillard, R&B singer Adina Howard, and the featured headliner of the night will be soulful R&B singer Sunshine Anderson.
The sunset concert will also include outdoor food and drink vendors, as well as local businesses.

Crescent Moon Cellubration, founded in 2022, is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that strives to uplift, encourage, and empower children and young adults coping with the daily effects of Sickle Cell, while also helping those affected fight past the pain.
Crescent Moon was inspired by its founders’ experiences raising two children that have the disease. They have witnessed the difficulties of this illness first-hand and understand the pain and stress it inflicts upon children, young adults and caretakers of the affected. While Crescent Moon Cellubration may not be able to prevent the pains that sickle cell brings, it strives to raise awareness and eliminate feelings of hopelessness or abandonment for those battling the disease.
The organization’s initiatives will include informational outings, raising awareness, providing supplies, creating healthy eating workshops, conducting group learning sessions, and more.
Soul by the Bay is the first event and initiative that will directly benefit the nonprofit.
