Raising Kanan’s London Brown Covers October Issue of Urban Magazine

Power Book III: Raising Kanan’s actor London Brown returns to the cover of Urban Magazine for the new October issue.

Brown, who was featured previously on the cover November 2018 issue, has garnered global acclaimed for his role as Uncle Marvin on the Power spinoff, with it becoming one of the most popular characters of the original series’ universe.

In his interview with Urban Magazine’s publisher Be’n Original, Brown discusses the character’s story arc and the way it has been able to connect to the streets. They also discuss the emotional triggering domestic violence scene between he and Hailey Kilgore’s Jukebox in season one.

“I have personally been a fan of London’s work since Ballers on HBO. It is beautiful to see him continue to live up to his incredible potential. We were the first magazine to feature him on a cover and it’s amazing to do it again.”
