Total Access Talent has filed a lawsuit, accusing Maybach Music Group boss Rick Ross for failing to pay commission on a tour.
Despite of a good standing business relationship since 2004, T.A.T. claims it has not received payment for services rendered for the last tour, totaling up to at least $171,000.
According to reports, the terms of the business arrangement were confirmed verbally without out an actual written agreement.
The Miami based rapper recently suffered an estimated $3-5 million dollar loss after Reebok terminated his sponsorship agreement over date rape lyrics.
