Mesha Collins, a woman who once was arrested after locking herself in a room in Drake’s home, has filed a multi-billion dollar lawsuit against the rap superstar.
According to Radar Online, Collins is accusing Drake of using her name and image in his music, on social media, and product endorsement. She also alleges he publicized her address.
All of this comes despite the fact he declined pursuing legal remedies in pressing charges after the June trespassing incident.
The rapper’s legal team believes that the suit is an attempt to create an opportunity to force a meeting.
They have requested the judge dismiss the case in its entirety.
