This Women’s month issue couldn’t have come at a more transitional and powerful time in our lives. Each of us weren’t born into the world with a sense of purpose but facing the many variabilities has made us reborn.

Life is a delicate anomaly, and to be valued. Just like the sun must be in its exact position to sustain life, we too, must be right where we are to maintain our contributions to the planet.

There are times that we may focus heavily on what we, as women, can provide our communities with, but the real emphasis need be on how we interact with each other.

Women supporting women is vital to not only our evolution, but to the evolution of the entire world and beyond. It’s crucial that we continue to elevate one another and refrain from looking at each other’s path in comparison; remember, “Comparison is the thief of joy.” -unknown

From the never ceasing racial tensions to the pandemic to the threat of a third World War, we are surrounded with crisis and uncertainty. Inflation has made our economy even more instable, and everyone is scrambling to find ways to create revenue, yet there is an undeniable sense of optimism that has permeated its way through our being.

It is within the precariousness that we may feel most alive, and the excitement of being led by the Divine, forces us to have faith in the path set before us. Walking a tightrope has its dangers, but the feeling of success one has once they’ve reached their destination is a sensation that is well worth the risk.

Whether on an international level, or a person-by-person basis, it takes turmoil and destruction to create a new beginning. Once we embrace the change that is all around us, we can weigh out all the risks in our favor and “Become the fire instead of fear it.” -unknown

Now that winter is officially ending, we are leaving behind the last reminisce of 2021, and are faced with a sense of hope and renewal heading into Spring. Not everyone has made it through the last two years, so in essence we have been given a second chance at life; what will you do with yours?

Stay Up.
Stay Focused.
Stay Blessed
