According to reports, the man who attacked comedian Dave Chappelle during his performance at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles has been Identified.
Page Six reports that the attacker who tackled the legendary comedian is 23-year-old Isaiah Lee, an aspiring rapper who previous made a song dedicated to Chappelle.
Lee was admitted to a local hospital after allegedly being restrained by several men backstage including fellow comedian Jamie Foxx, singer Chris Brown, and renowned rap star Busta Rhymes.
The LAPD has charged Lee with assault with a deadly weapon and he is currently being held on $30,000 bail.
Multiple media outlets have reported Lee possessed a replica firearm with a concealed knife at the time of the attack.
